Boat Launch Violations

Whether you are an official boat launch inspector or a concerned citizen you may be wondering what to do if you encounter a violation.

  1. Fill out a Boat Launch Violation Report. Include as many details as possible including a physical description of the violator.
  2. Take a picture of the violation, if possible. Make sure the weeds are in the picture.
  3. Include the boat registration number in the picture.
  4. Send the information to:
