Rules and regulations must be applied today if man, animal and the environment are to live in close concert with one another. Multiple use of the natural resources we are so endearing of requires a mix of do's and don'ts. Some we like, some we do not like, but they are the necessary evil of population growth and the, oftentimes, abuse and misuse of our surroundings.
